Helpful Tips

• Aim to arrive up to an hour before your scheduled performance. It gives you time to park, pick up tickets, enjoy photo ops, browse the gift shop, and get settled at your table before the show begins.
• The overall experience lasts about two hours, and the meal is served before the main show begins. Don’t miss the pre-show while the meal is served!
• Book as early as you can, especially in peak seasons or weekends, and purchase seats for your entire party in one transaction to help keep your group together.
• Upgrade to Premium or VIP admission for the best, up-close views of the action. While the theater ensures good views from most areas, upgrades help you get closest to all the action. There’s also a chance you’re in the “Splash Zone”. If you have any concerns about getting wet, please speak to our staff when you arrive.

Policies

• Children 2 and under are free only if they sit in a parent’s lap and eat from their plate. If you wish for your child to receive a seat or a meal, a regular children’s admission will apply.
• Due to the layout of our facilities, we are unable to accommodate strollers and car seat carriers.
• Please arrive up to one hour in advance of your showtime to pick up your tickets and enjoy our pre-show activities. If you purchased VIP Admission, please arrive 90 minutes before your showtime to pick up your tickets.
• Our facilities are fully accessible for individuals with special needs. Please advise us if members of your party have a wheelchair, need hearing assistance or have other special needs and we will gladly accommodate you.
• The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud involves live animals, dramatic lighting, sound and pyrotechnics. If you or anyone in your party has allergies or medical conditions, please be advised to take the necessary precautions prior to entering the facility.
